Bussian charged with fleeing officer
At 4:15 a.m. March 2, Waupaca Police Officer Mark Neumann observed a tan vehicle apparently
speeding on West Fulton Street near the U.S. Highway 10 intersection.
Office Neumann pulled behind the vehicle and activated his emergency lights, but the vehicle
continued until it nearly reached the street's dead end. The driver was identified as Bussian.
Neumann reported that Bussian said, "I'm drunk. Just take me to jail. Let's get this over with," then
placed his hands behind his back and asked to be handcuffed.
Bussian had a 0.195 blood-alcohol level, according to the criminal complaint.
When asked why he only has one name? Bussian replied he wanted to be like Sting.
Officer Neumann then replied... "Good Luck with that."
